Description:  Amtrak Phase 1 Heritage 156 leads the SB Adirondack with 5 amfleets past the site of the former D&H Port Henry yard along Rt. 9N & 22. The north end of Lake Champlain's Bulwagga Bay is in the immediate background. The main lake and Vermont are in the far background. Bulwagga Bay RV Park & Campground is on the peninsula to the left. Canadian Pacific, Canadian Subdivision, MP 116, old Port Henry Yard.

Description:  On the first day of Spring, Amtrak Phase 1 Heritage 156 leads the SB Adirondack, with 5 amfleets. down the Saratoga Controlled Siding as it approaches its station stop at Saratoga. This location is the former D&H XN Cabin. I believe this is the engines 6th assignment since being released from Beech Grove on March 16, 2011. The last three have been 48, 69, and now 68. Canadian Pacific, Canadian Subdivision, CPC 37.

Description:  The Pacific Railroad Society's 75th Anniversary special (symboled AMT966-02), heading from Los Angeles to Bakersfield via the former SP Palmdale Cutoff (over Cajon Pass) and the line over the Tehachapi Mountains, rounds Sullivan's Curve as it ascends Cajon Pass on April 2, 2011. In a classy move by Amtrak, P42DC 156, fresh in its Heritage paint scheme to commemorate the carriers 40th Anniversary, is on the point, followed by Amtrak B32-8BWH 510.
