On our last trip to Cleveland, while driving through the flats region of the city, we came across the appropriately named Flats Industrial Railroad. From the looks of it, they have two EMD switchers for power: this one, and sister 1202, which was sitting on a spur nearby. The #12 is seen here sitting next to a tower by a lift bridge. |
