Album Info:On Thursday July 13, 2017 CSX ran a ballast train on the CSX St. Lawrence Subdivision between CP 291 and CP-W. I've tried downloading my pictures onto my CSX St. Lawrence Subdivision album but for some reason it replaces one of my pictures. So, I had to make a new album. After dumping ballast at Woodard, NY the locomotives did a runaround and coupled to the south end of the train. At 4:34PM, the train passed through downtown Liverpool, NY.
