Album Info:Here are 25 photos of Pennsylvania Railroad freight engines. All of them come from the estate of Mr. Henry C. Westenberger, an avid collector of railroad memorabilia. A lifelong resident of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, he was also a member of the Lebanon County Historical Society. I purchased all of these items in a single eBay auction on Sunday, 8 July 2018.

This locomotive was built by the American Locomotive Company as number "4" for the Waynesburg & Washington Railroad during May of 1916. When the PRR acquired the three-foot gauge WWRR in 1920, it was renumbered "9684." After being stored in the Northumberland Roundhouse for many years, it was put on display at the Green County Fairgrounds. Partially visible underneath is PRR F-30A flatcar #474511. Henry C.
