Westbound Signal Track 1, showing Steaay Red Only, Flashing Green is dark here. Signal Aspect Steady Red over Flashing Green, Name Limited Clear; Proceed at limited Speed until entire train clears all interlocking or spring switches, then proceed at Normal Speed. In CSS terrritory, with fixed automatic block signals, trains not equipped with operative cab signals must approach the next signal at Limited Speed. NORAC Rule 281c CSS = Cab Signal System. The signal to the right of track 1 is for the Valley Interchange Track, which cane be seen and allows crews to access Bound Brook Yard, and return onto the Lehigh Line
