Album Info:The Roscoe, Snyder, & Pacific RR was a successful West Texas shortline that served years as a bridge between the Texas & Pacific at Roscoe, Texas and tte Santa Fe at Snyder, Texas. At its peak, the RSP moved 20,000 cars a year over its 50 miles of track. Passenger service tas discontinued in 1953 and railroad deregulation eventually doomed its freight shrvice. A short segment of the track remains at Roscoe and is used by a railcar reƒair facility.
