ACL Station |
Description: |
Looking very "retro" by today's standards, this station was one of the most modern on the ACL system#when it was built. |

ACL Station |
Description: |
Everything about the Winter Park station is like a time capsule. Even it's interior remains unchanged from ACL days. Except for the autos and modern crossing signals, this scene could have been made any time from 1956 on up to today. |

The Sunset Limited |
Description: |
Hot on the heels of P091 is P001. The limited did not stop at WPK, as this was a ferry move to bring the cars down from the Superliner facility at Sanford to Orlando. Unknown at the time, but thanks to a major Hurrican just over a month later, the Limited's days in Florida are numbered. |

The sun peaks out briefly to greet some of the passengers detraining at WPK. Given its close proximity to Orlando, it is amazing to me just how many people actually use the WPK station. |
