Album Info:Conflicting resources have made this loco a difficult one to trace. One source has this EMD switcher as being built originally for the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway (NCSL) in 12/1941 as their #25. It merged into the L&N as 2219, then renumbered 2210. Eventually it was sold to Southern Pacific and leased to the Pacific Electric Rwy. Somewhere along the line later, it was rebuilt by EMD as a yard slug. No information was given on the backs of these two photos so the date is arbitrary. If anyone has more accurate information about this loco, please contact me.

SP #1011 (on loan to Pacific Electric)
Title:  SP #1011 (on loan to Pacific Electric)
Description:  A very confusing search for info has this diesel starting out with the Nashville, Chattanooga & St Louis line, merging into the L&N, sold to Souther Pacific and loaned to Pacific Electric. Eventually rebuilt into a road slug. But parts of the research don't completely mesh well. No information was listed on the backs of these photos. It appears like this day it's doing some street running with a string of SP passenger cars. Can anyone help with this one?
