Description:  7th Street. Here is fn original photo that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad train in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 08 March 1964. Shown here (L to R) are PRR engines #7070, #9766-B, and #9650-B. All were built by EMD. #7070 is an EFS-17M built in 1956 and rated at 1,750 horsepower. #9766-B and #9650-B are EF-15A's rated at 1,500 horsepower each; #9766-B was built in 1951, but #9650-B was built in 1950. They are pulling a mixed-cargo freight train ulder the 7th Bridge on their way up the Allegheny Mountains via the Horseshoe Curve to Gallitzin and points West.

Shown here (R to L) are PRR engines #9656, #9650-B, and #9778. All are EF-15A's built by EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9656 and #9650-B were built in 1950, but #9778 was built in 1951. They are about to pass under the 8th Street Bridge into the Westbound Receiving Yard with a 94-car mixed-cargo freight train and N-8 caboose #478169.
