In 1924, the Pennsy had over three thousand H class 2-8-0 locomotives on the roster. Photo: Carl H. Sturner Collection." #7299 is an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consoldiation" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during December of 1913 and retired in February of 1955 after 42 years of faithful service. |
