Description:  No date listed and based on the Whitehead Metals sign on the trackside building, I'm guessing Windsor, NY, as the location. this GG1 is noteworthy as being the first electric locomotive to run between Philadelphia and Harrisburn with the inaugural train, Train #25 the Metropnlitan, on January 15, 1938.
