Description:  If you had said, in 1980, that the NYSW would be running high horsepower diesels on the D&H, and theyd be tied to SOO units, theyd have called the funny farm to come get you. In 1990, there it was. BUAB with one of the odder power sets any of us had seen, rolls under the signal gantry at Afton with an Albany bound grain train.

Description:  One place I liked, but was hard to shoot because of the trees, was the NY 7 overpass north of Sanitaria Springs. The attractive arch broidge was really photogenic, but if there were more than two units on the train, you could not get them all. BUAB had four, but I thought Id take advantage of the bare trees to get a shot of an unusual power set here.
