ACL SW7 #648 - Atlantic Coast Line
Title:  ACL SW7 #648 - Atlantic Coast Line
Description:  Talk about a workhorse locomotive! Built in April of 1950, this little switcher was still working as late as 2017 according to photos in the RRPA database. Resplendent in its original Atlantic Coast Line purple paint scheme, this little plugger now works for the Standard Sand & Silica Company. An unknown photographer caught it at rest in Tampa, Florida.

Was acquired by what is now the Florida Railroad Museum in Parrish, Florida when it was retired by SCL. They restored it into the ACL colors. Sold it to the Standard Sand and Silica Company at Davenport back in the mid 1990s."
