Gondolas full of shredded scrap metal are being sorted on the old CNW main which is now part of the CN yard in Neenah. The CNW ran parallel to the Soo Line here. The former Soo Line yard makes up the majority of the CN yard here. The CNW line in this part of Neenah ends about a quarter mile from this point, at an industry. These cars are most likely going to either Neenah Foundry, in town here, or to Waupaca Foundry. Waupaca is served by a turn which works out of Neenah. |
