To Gregg Bartley's comment, yes. Trains run in all weather. My philosophy is, shoot pictures of them in their environment, good, bad, and ugly. I've been out in conditions like this. Tough to do, because roads are generally not clear, but the photos you get are worth the effort. I say this from the experience of 18 years in upstate NY. Home page 1-2-2019
