| Union Paicific "radio sled" #Y164 began life as a B23-7 when it was delivered to the Missouri Pacific as their #4669 in June of 1980. It was upgraded into a B30-7 (or B23-7M) by the MoPac, and then became Union Pacific #259 after the merger. The Union Pacific converted it into a CCRCL in June of 2004, stripping out its traction motor and fuel tank. CCRCL stands for Control Car Remote Control Locomotive.
