| UP 7828 was added to the UP roster in March 2008, and is seen here at oess than a month old. This is the first photo of 7828 on RR Picture Archives. Though it is seen here on the Engine Lead at Eugene yard as head-end power for a QEURV, it was on the PDWR "Eugene Hauler" the previous day. |
