191 is an Alco 0-6-0 originally built in 1916 for Republic Steel. Behind it is Mississippi Eastern 303 also built in 1916. See my photo of ME 303 on railpictures.net.

Mississippi & Skuna Valley (MSV) doesn't appear to have used a steam engine numbered 191. Only 1 & 2. Are you sure this was a MSV engine?
