Tyler Trahan	General	Your "unknown shortline" is probably New England Southern. This unit is a former Conrail unit which was sold to NEGS. It was later sold again to the BDRV (I'm not sure what that stands for), but in 1990 (the date of your photo) it was still on NEGS.
