Yes, its backlit (thank you geniuses at railpictures.net for pointing that out - its not like I didn't know that, but I thought that a photo of a train running on a gravel road might interest them even with a bad lighting situation) - but there is no way I am not taking this photo and no way it is not a favorite shot of mine because it is a train running on a gravel road. I can't decide what is worse - the tracks or the road.

Zachary DeVore General Yes, this guy really is doing street running on a gravel road - really more of an alley. I seriously thought that rail crossing was an abandoned crossing when I first went over it because I didn't see the tracks and thought they were removed. The second time I went over it I saw this train and figured out that the tracks aren't removed, they're just hiding. 11/26/2008 8:23:45 AM
