D B	General	Nice shot. I did some research. This is an GE EF-4 built originally for the USSR, but not shipped due to the Cold War. The Milwaukee employees referred to them as "Little Joe Stalins" and then as just "Little Joe".	7/3/2009 7:20:28 PM
