B&O 7409
SD-35 7409 leads an eastbound out of Sand Patch Tunnel. The unit was returning to Cumberland after being leased to Republic Steel. Note: the remote control lights next to the horn.

Marvelous look-down photo at a B&O SD35 in...burgundy, John!!! I've never seen one before, either in person or in a photo. It must have been a real anomaly.

Upon reading the description, about it being leased to Republic Steel, what you are seeing is the steel mill residue on the locomotive. Underneath it is the usual B&O color.
