UP 844 We Can Proceed North!         
After coming to a stop for about 10 minutes, after getting reports from up ahead of a stalled car on the ROW. UP 844 was then given permission soon, with reports to look out for trespassers along the ROW...well DUH there are gonna be trespassers today.
