| A hot-rod? Make-shift hy-rail? Maybe some of both. The inner set of bolt on rims actually ride the wall of tie gondols barely seen just ahead of the RDC Budd car in the distance. Not sure what the outter rim is for, but I did notice those outter rims are zig-zag welded which tells me maybe they use them to pull cable maybe? |
