steven hall	General	I was guest fireman on either #8 or #7 on the early 1960's. I had the surprising opportunity to teach the crew how to correctly use the Hancock injectors to throttle the water into the boiler on a replenishment basis rather than giving a series of wide open cold water boiler feeds like they were used to doing.
