Although this unit has the correct MR-10c code for an RSC-13, it appears to be riding on B-trucks.....RSC-13s had A-1-A trucks...??????

When these units were retired the A-1-A were kept and placed under RS18 units to the RSC14. The B trucks probably came from the RS18 units.
