I hope they don't go to that extreme. Because if they do, what's to stop them from getting rid of the north end of the line.

Thank you, C.S. The track is still intact, but no trains have run over it in over a year & it is mighty quite about the abandonment south of Grenada, Ms. They have taken a 36 foot section of rail out a few miles south of Grenada to insure that no train will go south. You are 100% right about the possibility of an abandonment north of Grenada later.
