Way back in the deep recess of memories I think that I remember a photo from the defunct Peoria Locomotive Works. Could this be an early PLW model using a retrofitted IC/SW-14 (Paducah Bilt) switch engine. The name "Carol" is familiar. I shold PLW products during the early 90s.
