What runs on that UP track? I've been there once before and never figured out what they used it for

UP runs the MADWI/MWIAD from Adams, WI to Winona, MN. to serve its isolated yard and industrial trackage there. CNW's own line to Winona was abandoned in the 1970s -- supposedly after a Milwaukee Road coal train derailment. It was apparently cheaper to get trackage rights over MILW than to fix the track.

I believe that the CNW runs over the Milwaukee between Tunnel City and Winona because their tunnel collapsed in March of 1973.
