Moctezuma 4         
Built as Sec. Comu. de Obras Publicas #23021 in 1945, this unit was later Unidos de Sureste #421, and was sold to the Moctezuma Brewery as their plant switcher in 1972. Note the non-standard end steps faired into the frame.
