Number 1078 was built by Baldwin in September 1952 as C&NW S12 1108 (c/n 75196), rebuilt by the C&NW in 1964-65 using new EMD 12-567C and retaining the Baldwin hood, renumbered to second 1078 in 1974, retired in June 1980, disposition unknown. |
