| Former Virginia Rail Express locomotives, now owned by GWI and working their various short lines in the Dothan AL area, are seen on the head end of a empty Scherer coal train. I am not sure how many cars are in the train but I would estimate over 100 as they go out of sight before I can see the last car. My only guess is GWI will be storing this train somewhere on the system perhaps on the old spur that goes to the Farley Nuclear plant near Columbia. |
