Alan Fricker	General	Fred: Ok, as a CNW unit, it was built without dynamic brakes-only the CNW's were built that way. So somewhere along the line the dynamics were added-perhaps by KCS? The CNW did buy a bunch of ex-Conrail SD45s that were built with dynamics for a rebuild program that never worked out.
