These shots would not have been possible the day before as the service was interrupted and workers moved away from the Amtrak Train / Greyhound Bus Terminal due to a passenger that arrived and called 911 and claimed to have a bomb in his luggage that had just been unloaded. So things were rather tense for a good part of the morning as Ocala Police cordoned off the area and the police, Marion county Sheriff's Office Bomb Squad, Ocala Fire Hazmat 1 and other units did their thing. Eventually and thankfully it turned out to be a hoax. The caller, a real passenger on the bus, is now residing in the county jail. |
