James LaRue General Gary, this looks like South Amboy too. That would be the power station in the back, next to the Raritan River. 4200 series was the renumbering for the Penn Central merger. The picture could be 1968-72 maybe? Last tuscan red engine with a stripe on it running on the NY&LB that I remember was late 73, maybe into early 74. Thanks for putting these pictures up.
