Thomas H. Parker General Oct 1, 2013 they took over IP, RJCC 1306, 1308 and one other are there right now switching. This unit was at the old Fort Howard. CSX brought it to Southover Yard where it still is as of Oct 14 08:00 10/14/2013 11:59:48 AM
