CWP 0-6-0 #27 - Chicago, West Pullman, & Southern RR  Contributor's Pick!
This little 0-6-0 yard swticher was built by Baldwin in August of 1928. It had 51" drivers and 23x28" cylinders. Not sure what its final disposition was. Does anyone know? No photographer was listed for the photo.
