Stu Nicholson	General	In fairness, I should say this was taken the N&W brought one of it's steam locos (the 1218) into Columbus and they were turning it on the wye at Watkins yard. The place was crawling with N&W police and they made sure everyone knew the rules when the train was making a move.	4/19/2014 8:48:14 PM
