| PACUR is located across Moser Street from Bemis Performance Package. It was started by Bemis CEO Howard Curler and is ran by his son in law Sen. Ron Johnson. The location worked nicely because of proximity to the rail line serving Bemis Performance (former Banner Packaging). With the help of Chamco, a business development group in Oshkosh funded both publicly and privately, the spur was extended to serve this location. PACUR receives a good number of plastics carloads. |
