Steve Young	General	I think there was some discussion about this on Facebook recently. If you rebuild an SC with a new prime mover etc, but don't change the frame, it's still an SC, because it still has a cast frame. (That's what the C stands for). Any locomotive with a new frame is considered to be a new locomotive, not a rebuild.	4/24/2019 5:28:19 AM
