| SOO GP9 413 at CB&Q's Cicero, Illinois yard on March 26, 1966, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 413 was built in May 1957 (c/n 23127), was wrecked in the early 1960's and rebuilt with a GP20 low short hood. It was wrecked again in June of 1980 after hitting a gravel truck in Minnesota and was retired shortly thereafter. It was traded to EMD on new GP 38-2's and then scrapped. |
