| CN Appleton based crew approaches S. Perkins St. as a Neenah based local passes on the main line while both head northeast through the former C&NW yard at Appleton Junction, WI on 15 May '16. The Neenah crew was slowing to halt on the main line to set out a string of cars before continuing on to service Little Chute and Kaukauna. The Appleton crew has just dropped their train (partially visible on the right) at the far southwestern end of the yard after completing their work in Appleton, Kimberly, and Combined Locks. The Neenah crew will pick up those cars later on their way back to Neenah. |
