| Here's PRLX 24, was is believed to be a PR24B, 3rd out of 7 units on the MLBWC-18 pass by Mission Mill Rd on it's way back to West Colton, CA. It's suppose to go to Pacific Harbor Line for test running I believe but it's send back to WC instead. Possibly a waybill issue.
