Brad Lowans	General	When Tony Ingram, CSX Chief Transportation Officer took his last Inspection trip over the Western Maryland a few years ago between Big Pool and Baltimore seeing these engines parked here in Hagerstown caused his blood pressure to rise. Jim Snyder, ex Emory Grove alumn, was the General Manager of Transportation on board that day with Mr. Ingram. Jim told me, It took me almost all the way to Hanover to get Tony calmed down about all that power sitting in Hagerstown. Then we came into Hanover and he saw some more power sitting parked and this time he never calmed down until after we got into Baltimore!	8/24/2011 11:42:37 PM
