Harbor Rail Services of California...in Indiana         
Not sure what this guy was doing all the way out here, I dont know if they are related to the Harbor Rail Services in Clinton, IN which would make a bit more sense. This was the best I could get, it was in a place where I couldnt really get closer. I believe its a GP40 but I cant say for sure.

Richard Bischoff General Yes, a GP38-2; there's a clearer shot on *another* site that clearly shows the air filter box. As well as a model designation. Don't know the "lineage," though. The ones close in number are former NS. 6/12/2022 11:56:33 AM
