Sweetland. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David R. Sweetland that was taken in Enola, Pennsylvania, in April of 1962. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9476, an FF-20 built by Fairbanks-Morse as an FP-20A rated at 2,000 horsepower in July of 1948, later regeared and classified as an FF-20 freight locomotive, and retired in December of 1963 after just 15 years of revenue service. |
