Bruce Flaws	General	Thanks, Clark. I don't think there's a real business case for it based on clearances and maintenance issues during winter. The ROI would likely be small at best, and now that it's a trail, the political climate may also preclude a timely project.	5/7/2018 7:45:51 PM

Bruce Flaws	General	That may be true, because all I have is a memory of it being removed soon after. You'll notice the roof is removed--only trusses remain. There was really no need for this shed at this point.	6/3/2019 7:33:46 PM
