Number 3520 was built in August 1970 ( c/n 36827 ) as WP 3520, then HL 3520, then CMNW 3003, then WC 3003. I'm not sure if these were leased by the Milwaukee Road or the SOO. The SOO assumed control of the Milwaukee Road on January 1, 1986. |
