Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly that was taken in Chicago, Illinois, c.1967. The photographer is not identified. Photo Caption: "FM H12-44 #8337, 1200-hp, at Chicago, Ill." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8337, an FS-10 built by Fairbanks-Morse as number "8721" in November of 1952, rated at 1,200 horsepower, and renumbered "8337" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Diesels On The Pennsylvania" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (819-8).
