Tom Beckett General Cool shot. WNYP 630 was on the Arkansas & Missouri for a short time in the late 1990's as their 70, hence the paint scheme. Cool album. I lived near Binghamton for 18 years, and never got most of this stuff. Catching the B&P was rather sketchy in the 90's, and the WNYP was still Conrail. Olean was 160 miles from my house, just a little too far to see them consistently. 4/30/2020 3:46:34 AM
